Broken + Repaired
YIKES! I pushed myself too hard a couple of weeks ago and caused myself to tweak some nagging injuries. Since then, I have been working hard on moving, but taking it a bit easier. Today, I ran outside for the first time in a couple of weeks. It felt GREAT! I was worried about how my lower body would handle it. I listened to my body and it helped out a ton.
For my two off weeks, I mixed it up with stretching, foam roller, hockey and the elliptical. Now it's back to the grind!
