A couple of weeks and it begins!
It looks like our journey officially starts in a couple of weeks. I am so happy to have you join me. For training, I am going back and forth on the exact plan. However, I think it will be the Nike+ training plan. I am doing a bunch of things different so far. Here is a quick list:- Cross training
- Core training
- Reading
- Eating better
- Speed work
- Next, I need to address the sleep issue! I need to get more sleep. Yahoooo!
