My training goals!
For my upcoming campaign to run the Marine Corps marathon, I
have set an aggressive schedule, plan and goal.
This year, I am determined to lose a little more weight
before the formal training. I will be working with a new training schedule and
diet. My new schedule will feature increased mileage, speed work and cross
training.
Always, I have the goal of finishing. This year, I will
break the 5 hour 30 minute mark.
