Hello discipline my old friend.....
As you know, I LOVE Jocko Willink. His mantra is discipline equals freedom. Today, it hit me when he mentioned that discipline is your friend and will take care of you better than anything.
So it got me thinking deeper about it. Jocko is right. Discipline will always take care of you, even though it is a tough friend.
All week I have been working on some things and I have reacquainted myself with an old friend....discipline.
......and it got me singing....hello discipline my old friend:)
