Rule #7 Remember those who sacrificed the most for youThis is one of the most important rules I live by. Whether it is your mom (thanks mom), dad, aunt, uncle, cousin, teacher (thanks to each of you who teach), all military personnel, a friend, a stranger, or Jesus himself, many people sacrificed it all for you to exist.
Remember them and smile. I have always been a big support of the POW/MIA and any other military personnel. When I run races, they are always on my prayer list.
Today, I remember all who have sacrificed the most. I say thank you.
